After our Weekly Watch List and discussing some trailers (Jake Gyllenhaal giving it his all in Ambulance), we head to Arrakis and ride some sand worms to discuss ‘Dune,’ based on the novel of the same name by Frank Herbert. How well is the original lore explained? Considering this is only Part 1, does this movie stand well on its own? Also, how did Paul fight with all that hair in his face?
